What’s Velocity Christian Church All About?

Simply put: To help people see the truth about God’s love.

The truth about God is that he is NOT mad at you. He does NOT hate you when you make a mistake. He does NOT write you off because of your addiction. The truth is this: God is so concerned about restoring his relationship with you that he sent his son to earth to break the silence and bring an end to the darkness.

That’s what Velocity Christian Church is all about. It’s about serving people who:

- don’t believe there is a God

- have been hurt by other Christians

- have been burned by a church

- hate going to church

A cool church in Cleveland? I think it’s possible.

When you think of the coolest cities on the planet you may think of Chicago, The Big Easy, The Big Apple or even the Mile High City.  But I really believe one of the greatest cities in the world is Cleveland, Ohio.  About six months ago my wife and I decided to leave a great church that we were working at (High Point Christian Church) to start a new church in the greater Cleveland area.

The name of the church is Velocity Christian Church.  It’s going to be a church for people who don’t go to church, who have been hurt by the church, or are just plain fed up with “religion.”
